To provide a suturing material distributor wherein a simple structure is equipped, and at the same time, a very simple coil manufacturing process is permitted.

This suturing material distributor comprises two rigid platelike panels 11 and 12 engaging with each other through individual deformed parts 15 and 18 and locked tight on the top. These panels 11 and 12 are provided with rim pieces 13 and 17, and both the pieces are made up with a wedge groove 20 opened outward. These panels 11 and 12 are turned around a center axis 28 whereby a suturing material fine wire 23 is rolled in the groove 20. The fine wire 23 comes in a receiving space 22 through a slot 21 on a bottom part of the groove 20. When a needle provided in an end part of the fine wire 23 is pulled up, a coil is drawn out of the receiving space 22 in consequence.
