To provide a suturing needle with a suture capable of preventing the cutting of the suture in caulking and the slipping-off of the suture in piercing, and being easily manufactured.

This suturing needle is composed of a barrel part 3 having a keen needle point part 2 on its tip, a fitting hole part 5 formed along the longitudinal direction of the barrel part 3 from a basic end part 4 of the barrel part 3 toward its tip part side, and the suture 6 inserted into the fitting hole part 5 and caulked and fastened. The fitting hole part 5 has a conical inner face shape 12 gradually reduced from the basic end part 4 of the barrel part 3 toward the tip part direction. The inner face shape 12 of the fitting hole part 5 has the inclination of 2-10° to an outer face of the basic part 4.
