Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct an SVC(switched virtual channel) connection control test between adjacent nodes in short time without using the device.
SOLUTION: A call setting test control part 11 checks a resource required for checking the device state of a first node itself and the setting of connection by a request from a maintenance terminal 13. When inconvenience does not exist, a connection setting instruction is informed of and an SVC protocol control part 12 transmits the message of the call setting instruction to a node 2 and it receives the instruction of connection release or the notice of a connection setting response. A connection identification part 14 receives the notice, refers to the value of a prescribed information element contained in the message and judges to which connection in user connection or test connection the message belongs. The other device such as a test terminal is not required with such constitution and the consecutive change work of the test terminal is not always required whenever a test on one interface is conducted.
