Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for increasing an extraction rate of an active ingredient such as sialic acid and improving liquefaction effects and soluble components in the extraction from a swallow nest.SOLUTION: A swallow nest extraction method using a pressure and an enzyme in combination comprises a step of mixing a swallow nest, an enzyme, and water of a fixed ratio before conducting crushing homogenizing treatment to obtain a crude sample, a step of subjecting the crude sample after the crushing homogenizing treatment to high-pressure hydrolysis treatment at a pressure of 50-200 MPa to obtain a hydrolysate, and a step of subjecting the hydrolysate after the high-pressure hydrolysis treatment to separation treatment to obtain a hydrolytic extraction.
