Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent floating of a swash plate even when a swash plate receiving surface is extended at right angles with the center of a shaft and the size of the swash plate is reduced.
CONSTITUTION: The first contact surface 9 of a swash plate 8 is brought into contact with a first swash plate receiving surface 11-1 by a the resultant force in the direction of the swash plate of piston thrust, and a swash plate angle is increased. The second contact surface 10 of the swash plate 8 is brought into contact with a second swash plate receiving surface 11-2 by the thrust of a piston 13 for variation. The oscillation center of the swash plate 8 is positioned closer to the second contact surface 10 than the center 2a of a shaft 2 and closer to the obverse 8a than the reverse 8b. This constitution shortens a distance between the oscillation center of the swash plate and the center 2a of the shaft 2 even when a distance between the resultant force point in the direction of a swash of piston thrust is the same.
