A circular seal land 18 and a static pressure pocket 19 at an inner circumferential side are arranged at a slide contact part 12A of the shoe 12. The circular seal land 18 and the static pressure pocket 19 are formed to be eccentric for a center of the slide contact part 12A in a mutually opposite direction. In the seal land 18 of the shoe 12, a wide part 18A of a land width W1 and a narrow part 18B of a land width W2 are positioned to radially face against each other across an oil hole 12D. In an oil film formed between a sliding surface 14A and the seal land 18 when the shoe 12 slides and displaces on the sliding surface 14A of the swash plate 14, a shearing force is irregularly generated by the wide part 18A and the narrow part 18B of the seal land 18.
