An annular shaped high pressure oil flow-way 47 and an annular shaped oil flow-way 48 are set in parallel in the axial direction of a cylinder block 4, a number of first distribution valves 28 and second distribution valves 42 are fitted in a number of first valve holes 26 and second valve holes 40 to be provided for the cylinder block 4 in such a way as to be extended in parallel with the axial line of the cylinder block while being perpendicularly intersected with both the oil flow-ways, and a first valve swash plate 9b and a second valve swash plate 19b which reciprocate the first distribution valve 28 and the second distribution valve 42 following relative rotation with the cylinder block 4, are integrally formed in a pump swash plate 9a and a motor swash plate 19a.
