Abstract:

To provide a sweet composition having strong cool feeling containing crystal sugar so as to make an eater have cool feeling due to endothermal reaction caused when the crystal sugar is dissolved, and weak in harsh taste and astringent taste while having the strong cool feeling.

The sweet composition having strong cool feeling contains both of crystal xylitol and crystal erythritol as the crystal sugar at a ratio of (80:20)-(20:80) in the sweet composition so that synergic effect of the crystal xylitol and the crystal erythritol results in production of the sweet composition having slight harsh taste and astringent taste while having the strong cool feeling.
