Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously roast the large amount of sweet potatoes in different sizes by arranging a sweet potato mounting device whose bottom part is turned to a wire net formed in a drawer shape so as to be inserted from an opening part provided on a side wall part onto a supporting member at the upper part of the layer of small stones on an iron plate or a container made of iron.
SOLUTION: For a combustion furnace 1, the side wall part 2 is constituted by piling up and hardening fire bricks 3, the wire net 5 is provided on a lower part for a ceiling part 4, the fire bricks 3 are arranged on it and each fire brick 3 is made freely movable. The sweet potato mounting container 6 in the drawer shape in two stages is arranged in the one surrounded by the fire bricks. Four wheels are attached to the container 6 and it is moved back and forth and is freely inserted and pulled out while rotating the wheels on the supporting member 10 provided on the inner side of the side wall part. Such a sweet potato mounting container 6 is arranged at the upper part of the layer of the small stones 16 on the iron plate or the container 15 made of iron. Thus, the large amount of the sweet potatoes in the different sizes are simultaneously baked.
