Abstract:
To provide sweetened defatted condensed milk suppressed in increase in viscosity with the lapse of time during preservation, and to provide a sweetened defatted condensed milk-like dairy product.
The sweetened defatted condensed milk or the sweetened defatted condensed milk-like dairy product is suppressed in increase in viscosity with the lapse of time during preservation by bringing an amount of -lactoglobulin in the sweetened defatted condensed milk or the sweetened defatted condensed milk-like dairy product to 0.95 mg/ml.
