PURPOSE: To provide a sweetener preparation containing a specific finely granulated cellulosic raw material, easily usable as a substitute for sugar, having excellent body and useful for low-caloric food, etc.

CONSTITUTION: This sweetener preparation contains (A) preferably 0.1-10wt.% of a high-sensitivity sweetener such as aspartame and (B) a finely granulated cellulosic raw material having particle diameter of 0.3-6μm at the cumulative volume of 50% and containing particles of ≤3μm diameter at a cumulative volume ratio of ≥25%.
