PURPOSE: To provide a swimming aid plate which enables the utilizing thereof as means to learn breast stroke for unskilled swimmers and as means to reduce fatigue for long-distance swimmers.

CONSTITUTION: A swimming aid plate is made up of a plate adapted to increase buoyance hitting the breast of a swimmer facing it and a part 2 which is linked to the plate while being hooked on the crotch of the swimmer so as to keep the plate on the breast of the swimmer securely in place.
