Abstract:
To provide a swimming cap that is useful for coaching and training swimming particularly practical (not for race) long-distant crawl stroke because the cap can inhibit the swimming beginner from raising up its head too much above the water surface.
The standard water lines (2) for crawl stroke, breaststroke, sidestroke and the like are drawn on the surface of the swimming cap (1).
