Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject cap having excellent stability such as weather resistance and heat resistance, slightly faded and having a brilliant color tone by forming the cap from a silicone rubber containing a specific colored mica titanate pearling agent homogeneously dispersed therein.
CONSTITUTION: The objective cap is composed of a silicone rubber, the silicone rubber being prepared by dispersing a colored mica titanate pearling agent preferably in an amount of 0.5-10 pts.wt. in 100 pts.wt. of a silicone rubber, the pearling agent being prepared by coating the surfaces of mica particles with a titanium low oxide of TiO2-x (0<x≤1) or with a mixture of the titanium low oxide and titanium dioxide.
