Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a swimming distance measuring unit by which one's own swimming distance can be measured accurately and easily. CONSTITUTION:When to take a swim while wearing a housing 2 on the waist, a rotary body 3 rotates by means of a water flow X introduced through water flow holes 8 and 9 bored in the housing 2. The number of revolutions of the rotary body 3 is detected by revolution number detecting means 12 and 13, and this detected revolution number is calculated into the distance number by a distance converting means 5, and this calculated distance number is displayed by a display means 6.
