A swimming ring-type life saving box accommodates and stores a stockpile, and includes a body accommodating the stockpile, a lid engaged with the body with hinges and to be openable and closable, and a lock means fixing the lid to the body. Through-holes which are vertically pierced are formed in centers of the body and the lid, a space for accommodating the stockpile is formed in the body so as to surround the through-hole, and in either the lid or the body, a waterproof seal packing is provided in a mutually-abutting part and a reducing valve for reducing the pressure of the space is also provided.
