Abstract:
PURPOSE: To selfstudy a frog kick in swimming easily, and also, without necessitating an instructor.
CONSTITUTION: This swimming training implement is constituted by connecting one end of a flexible intermediation rope body 2 to about the center in the longitudinal direction of a body binding band body 1 for fixing the body of a user, and connecting a continuously fixed cord body 3 to the other end of this intermediation rope body 2 in order to detain it to a pool end wall, etc. In a state that the body binding band body 1 is fixed to the body of a person and the fixed code body 3 is fixed to the pool end wall, the user (the trainee) kicks the pool end wall with both feet. In this case, both feet of the user become a frog kick naturally.
