Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing compressor to be easily manufactured and having a fully lubricating performance on a sliding face.
SOLUTION: A piston 4 integrated with a roller 2 and a blade 3 is formed by sintering. The piston 4 made of sintering material is easily made g because working man-hour for cutting can be reduced comparing with the one by casting. It retains lubricant in the many pores of the piston because a sintered material is porous to avoid seizing on the sliding face of the piston and to stably retain a performance of the swing compressor. And a breakage can be avoided at a stress concentration of the joint with a roller 2 and a blade 3 on starting of the swing compressor 1 because the joint with the roller 2 and the blade 3 is mechanically heightened with liquid metal infiltration of Cu.
