To regulate or allow swing of a frame in accordance with a vehicle state to maintain the stable posture of a vehicle, in the industrial vehicle in which the frame is swingably supported with respect to a rear axle.
In this swing control device, the frame 1 is swingably supported with respect to the rear axle 9 around a support pin 10. A hydraulic cylinder 13 is interposed between one end part of the rear axle 9 and the frame 1, and a solenoid selector valve 18, an accumulator 19 and pressure sensors 20, 21 are provided on oil passages 16, 17 connecting an upper chamber 13a to a lower chamber 13b of the hydraulic cylinder 13. The swing control device is provided with a controller 22 for operating and switching the solenoid selector valve 18 to a shutoff position 18a or a communication position 18b in accordance with change in a swing angle of the frame 1 and change in pressure of the upper and lower chambers 13a, 13b of the hydraulic cylinder 13 to regulate and allow the swing of the frame 1 in both of clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
