Abstract:

To solve the problems that because a conventional swing practice device has a problem on mutual friction between a hole bored in a hitting member and the hitting member, the hitting member dashes out not so well upon swing practice, a user put emphasis on arms and shoulders gripping the swing practice device not only to apply loads on the wrist, elbow, arm, shoulder, etc. but also to make vibration transmitted to hands larger and cause possibility of collapsing a right awing form.

For the swing practice device 1, a head part 2 is set on the tip end of a shaft part 3, a grip part 5 is on the lower end of the shaft part 3, a hole 7 is bored through a ball shape weight 4 to make the ball shape weight 4 move between the head 2 and the grip 5, and the axis of the shaft 3 is passed through from one side to the other of the bored hole 7, wherein nearly at midpoint of the hole 7 of the ball shape weight 4 in the longitudinal direction, a synthetic resin made ring 6 with an inner diameter slightly larger than an outer diameter of the shaft 3 is attached along the inner circumference of the hole 7 bored through the ball shape weight.
