To prevent the swing of a traveling traction machine so as to improve operability by supporting a stop plate for fixing a handle to be freely adjusted up and down by a middle bar and providing a prop in an arm extended left and right to be adjusted up and down.

The handle of a traction machine is fixed to a stop plate 21 by U-shaped screws 25, 26, 27 and 28, and fixed by stop screws 14 and 29 by adjusting its width by arms 7 and 36. A height is adjusted by moving props 1 and 42 and fixing is performed by stop screws 12 and 31. The up and down movement of a middle bar 22 is made constant by adjusting stop screws 19 and 20. In this case, the stop screws 12 and 31 are loosened. By adjusting stop screws 2, 3, 37 and 38, the up and down movements of the props 1 and 42 are made constant, and axles 4 and 39 and cambers 5, 6, 40 and 41 are grounded. By performing traction in this way, the high and low props 1 and 42 and the middle bar 22 are moved up and down to advance a traction machine, and rolling is stopped by the props 1 and 42. Since a hand force for stopping is small, tiredness is also reduced.
