To solve the problem that, for a person who has to lie in bed for a long time, it is necessary to be comfort even while lying and to easily move feet without being pressed by anything but the weight of blanket presses the feet, the space under the blanket is a place where the degree of adhesion is high and humidity or odor stays easily, and also, for the person having weakened feet, it is difficult to move the feet by himself/herself and when the feet are to be fixed or moved forcibly by using any instrument, there is the risk of breaking the bone or damaging the muscle or the like, and therefore, such an instrument cannot be used.
