Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swinging.rotation type spray style retort sterilizer which can reduce energy necessary for the swinging.rotation of a rotator without affecting the inner atmosphere of a sterilization tank, decrease effects given to the balance on the swinging.rotation of the rotator, and improve the workability of the maintenance work.
SOLUTION: This swinging.rotation type spray style retort sterilizer A, provided with a tray press lid unit 51 comprising a tray press lid main body 53, a spring mechanism 54 for downward energizing the tray press lid main body, and a tray press lid-lifting mechanism 55. The tray press lid-lifting mechanism 55 comprises a ladder member 77 whose one end is connected to the upper portion of the tray press lid main body 53 and which has a support point on a rotator 2 and an air cylinder 78 which is disposed on the outside of the sterilization tank 1 and is used for pressing down the other end of the ladder member 77 with a piston rod. A rotator flotation-preventing member 100 is a member for preventing the flotation of the rotator 2.
