Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the compression efficiency by securing the sufficient angular motion energy by projecting a plurality of blades onto a vane wheel and setting the inlet angle of the front edge and the outlet angle of the rear edge to each specific angle.

CONSTITUTION: In a vane wheel 3, a plurality of blades 2 are radially installed in projection close to a main flow passage 24 on the outer peripheral surface 31a of a hub 31 having a driving shaft 7 connected. The front edge 32a side of the blade 32 is tilted in the reverse revolution direction, and the rear edge 32b is tilted in the revolution direction. The inlet angle β1 of the front edge 32a is set within a range of 40-50°, and the outlet angle β2 of the rear edge 32b is set within a range of 140-150°. Therefore, the sufficient kinetic energy can be obtained, and the compression efficiency can be improved.
