Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having further high safety by preventing flow of an unexpected current for circuit operation even when it is reverse-connected.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes a switch circuit including a first transistor; a second transistor having a drain connected to a drain of the first transistor, having a source and a back gate connected to a gack gate of the first transistor, and having a gate connected to a source of the first transistor; and a third transistor having a drain connected to the source of the first transistor, having a source and a back gate connected to the back gate of the first transistor, and having a gate connected to a drain of the first transistor.
