Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize a switch characteristics and to easily set a voltage (VCEO) between a collector and an emitter to a desired value in a switch circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Transistors 21 and 24 are constituted of N1-pieces of transistor elements Q1, N2-pieces of transistor elements Q2, N3-pieces of transistor elements Q3 and N4-pieces of transistor elements Q4. When current flowing in the collector of the transistor 21 is set to be I1, and the current flowing in the collector of the transistor 24 to be I4, a ratio between I1 and I4 is shown by (I1/I4)=(N3/ N4).(N1/N2). The current amplification rate (hfe) of the transistor 21 is controlled by using this relation and voltage between points A and B is controlled to be constant. Namely, VCEO of the transistor 21 is controlled and voltage between the points A and B is controlled to be constant.
