This switch device operating on-vehicle equipment is composed of a push button type switch 1 which is turned on by pressing the push button 1A and is turned off by releasing the pressing, a pressure sensor 2 having a pressure detection part 3 for detecting pressure by which the operator's finger 6 operates the push button 1A, a vibrator 4 for generating vibration given to the operator's finger 6, and a control part 5 for controlling amount of vibration generated by the vibrator 4 by a sensor pressure signal detected in the pressure detection part 3 of the pressure sensor 2 to increase vibration given to the operator's finger 6 when pressing the push button 1A with weak force and weaken vibration given to the operator's finger 6 when pressing the push button 1A with strong force.
