To provide a switch device which is used in operation of various electronic apparatuses mainly in a motor vehicle, and ensures good and reliable operation with a simple configuration.
A support rib 22D projecting upward is provided on the upper surface of the support part 22B of a case 22, and a holding part 21C close to the outside of the support rib 22D is provided on the lower surface of an operation body 21. Since the outside of the support part 22B is held by the holding part 21C of the operation body 21, and the inside is supported by the shaft hole part 21B of the operation body 21, the shaft hole part 21B is less likely to be displaced and removed from the support part 22B, resulting in a switch device ensuring good and reliable operation.
