PURPOSE: To electrically and mechanically firmly and stably connect a module to a controller by fitting a part of the controller to a recessed part of the module.
CONSTITUTION: When a controller 17 is moved in the direction of an arrow (a) to fit a fitting part 17b to a recessed part 22 of a module 16, terminal parts 23 and 25 of both of them are connected, and an attaching hole 24 and a tapped hole 26 are matched to each other. Next, an attaching screw 29 is inserted from the attaching hole 24 in the direction of an arrow (b) and is driven into the tapped hole 26 and is clamped to electrically and mechanically firmly connect the module 16 to the controller 17. Since respective signal passages through which a control signal is transmitted to respective FETs are approximately equal to one another in length in this case, the variance of driving time among FETs is reduced to obtain a satisfactory switching characteristic.
