PURPOSE: To effectively delay the OFF operation of a load by delaying and inputting the output of a detecting device to a terminal circuit part, at the time of connecting/disconnecting a connectable/disconnectable member so as to make the load OFF.

CONSTITUTION: When a card is inserted, the light emitting element 38b of a photo-interrupter 38 is OFF, and a base current is supplied to a transistor TRQ2 through a diode D1. Then, a low potential signal is inputted to the monitor input port of a signal processing circuit 66, and a card switch A controls the lighting of a lighting equipment as a load according to the operation of a remote control system. When the card is pulled out, then, a TRQ1 is OFF as the light receiving element 38b of the interrupter 38 is OFF, and the base current is not supplied to the TRQ1 through the diode D1. When a switch SW1 i laid in ON, then, the TRQ2 keeps the ON state for a fixed time by the charged load of a capacitor C2. Therefore, the input of a high potential signal for extinguishing the lighting equipment 5 to the monitor input port of the circuit 66 is delayed.
