PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch excellent in waterproofness and dust resistance, compact, and capable of performing a stable switch operation, and a portable electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A switch includes: a housing having an opening at a predetermined surface; an operation unit disposed to the opening and displacing relative to a predetermined surface; a first ferromagnetic body displacing in tandem with the operation unit; a magnetic sensor disposed in the housing and detecting the magnetic body; and a sheet interposed between the first ferromagnetic body and the operation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
