Abstract:
To enable a switch element of a motor drive circuit to be opened and closed using permanent current.SOLUTION: A switch element comprises: a switch core material 61 made of a superconductive material capable of transiting from a normal conduction state exceeding a critical magnetic field to a superconductivity state lower than the critical magnetic field; a critical magnet 62 which is made of the superconductive material and applies a magnetic field to enable the switch core material 61 to transit; and a control magnet 63 which is positioned between the switch core material 61 and the critical magnet 62 and controls the magnet field applied from the critical magnet 62 to the switch core material 61. The switch core material 61 and the critical magnet 62 are connected to a permanent current circuit E which is formed into a closed circuit with a permanent current switch ES.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
