To provide a switch gear which can be miniaturized and can secure high reliability even if aerial insulation is adopted in a disconnection/ground switch portion.
The switch gear includes: a housing 1 having a bus bar partition portion 1a which is partitioned by a ground metal plate 2 and is positioned in a center, a switch partition portion 1b positioned below the bus bar partition portion, a cable partition portion 1c positioned on a rear side and a control partition portion 1d positioned on a front side; and an aerial insulation ground disconnection portion 5 and an operation device 7 therefor, which are arranged in the switch partition portion 1b. The switch partition portion 1b can be separated from the housing 1 and is constituted as a box 100 in a semi-sealing structure for permitting passage of air but inhibiting passage of particles of oil moisture.
