PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide the compact configuration of a device, by providing a movable electrode which is connected to a fixed electrode and a grounding device through a main shaft, connecting a movable electrode and a load-side conductor with a flexible conductor, and thereby shortening the distance from the fixed electrode to a cable head on the load side by the movable electrode.
SOLUTION: The part between a load-side conductor 9 and a movable electrode 7 is connected with a flexible conductor 22 which is not slid to the load- side conductor 9 directly. The welding of the movable electrode 7 and the load- side conductor 9 is not generated. The rotating force of an operating mechanism does not becomes large, and the operating mechanism can be made compact. Furthermore, the life of the movable electrode 7 and the load-side conductor 9 becomes long, and the gear is economically advantageous. Furthermore, the part between the load-side conductor 9 and the movable electrode 7 is connected with the flexible conductor 22. The metallic fine particles are not generated when the movable electrode 7 slides to the load-side conductor 9. The large-scale improvement of the insulating performance is apparent, resulting in a miniaturization of vacuum container 4.
