A switch mechanism of an electronic equipment includes: a bent spring part bent in a bending direction; a connecting part installed intermediate between the tip part of the spring part and a base part of the spring part in order to be contacted with a circuit terminal part; and a regulating part engaged with the tip part of the spring part to regulate a bending direction position of the spring part. By pressing an action part between the tip part and the base part in a direction of the circuit terminal part, after the connecting part is contacted with the circuit terminal part, engagement between the regulating part and the tip part is released.
