A pair of hook parts 3 is protrudingly installed in the vicinity of both side ends of the operating handle 2, and the pair of hook parts 3 is engaged with a pair of engaging holes 4a formed in the vicinity of the side ends of the switching base 4. A guide part 1 is formed on the other side of a housing constituting member opposing to the one side of the housing constituting member by being protruded in the direction of one side of the housing constituting member. The protruding tip parts of the guide part 1 are arranged along side end faces of the switching base 4.
