It is constituted of a base plate 10, which lays a switch board 20, and the switch board 20, which has flexibility and constituted of a flip plate 40, a first point-of-contact pattern 23, which contacts to the perimeter end 41 of the plate 40, a second point-of-contact pattern 27 formed inside the first point-of-contact pattern 23, and a pull-out pattern 29, which is pulled out to the outside of the first point-of-contact pattern 23 from the second point-of- contact pattern 27 and is covered by an insulated pattern 30 at the portion, where the perimeter end 41 contacts. On the base plate 10, a board escaping part 11, which stores the portion of the switch board 20, in where the insulated pattern 30 comes down by pressing it by installation of the plate 40, is formed. Slits 31, which make descent of the portion, where the insulated pattern 30 ahs been formed, easy, are formed in the both sides of the portion in which the insulated pattern 30 of the switch board 20 has been formed.
