Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch structure and a switch that can be manufactured at low cost and can easily take a countermeasure to degradation in performance caused by increase of the contact resistance.SOLUTION: A switch structure 1 for switching conduction and non-conduction between a fixed contact 223 and an electric wire 2, comprises a switching element 300 made of sheet metal having a movable contact 310 that comes into contact with and separates from the fixed contact 223, and a first terminal member 110 formed of sheet metal that has a first piece 111 having a fulcrum portion serving as a fulcrum when the switching element 300 swings and a second piece 112 with which the electric wire 2 comes into contact. The first terminal member 110 is manufactured using a metal plate 110M having a first surface S1 and a second surface S2 which are opposed to each other. Both a surface of the first piece 111 which the switching element 300 comes into contact at the fulcrum portion, and a surface of the second piece 112 with which the electric wire 2 comes in contact are the first surface S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
