Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch for a watt-hour meter that can enhance connection reliability, reduce the number of assembling steps, secure a radiation characteristic having excellent heat capacity balance as a whole and perform miniaturization.SOLUTION: Power-supply side wires 23, 24 at a non-measurement side are bent to be separated from liner portions of load-side wires 25, 26 at the measurement side which are arranged in parallel to the power-supply side wires 23, 24, thereby setting distance between the power-supply side wires 23,24 and the load-side wires 25, 26 in a switch 22 for a watt-hour meter 21. Before the power-supply side wires 23, 24 are secured to a base 29, the load-side wires 25, 26 are secured and fixed to the base 29, and a current detector 28 is linearly passed through the linear portions of the load-side wires 25, 26, thereby performing assembly of the current detector 28. A contact switch mechanism is configured by providing fixed contacts 33, 33 to the end portions of the load-side wires 25, 26 and providing the movable contacts 36, 36 to movable plates 34, 34 which are freely movably connected to the end portions of the power-supply side wires 23, 24.
