Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the impossibility of opening-closing operation without increasing open circuit operation force by arranging a contact pressure reducing means to reduce contact pressure of movable contactors to a fixed contactor at open circuit operation starting time of the movable contactors.
SOLUTION: When closed circuit operation is performed from a closed circuit, an insulating rod 9 is driven rightward, and a lever 21 connected to this is rotated in the anticlockwise direction with a bolt 11 of a second contact pressing means 8 as a shaft. Therefore, inclined faces 21a and 21b act so as to expand an interval between plate members 6a and 6b of a pair of movable contactors 6, and in a condition where contact pressure is reduced, tip parts 6c of the movable contactors 6 slidingly move on a fixed contactor 4a, and separate from the fixed contactor 4a thereafter. In this case, reduction in contact force of the second contact pressing means 8 by the expansion of an interval between the movable contactors 6 can be attained by small operation force by the principle of the lever, and even when a friction coefficient between the movable contactors 6 and the fixed contactor 4a becomes high at closed circuit time, separating operation can be smoothly started by small operation force.
