CONSTITUTION: A central office trunk COT is activated by an incoming call from a subscriber SUB.A accomodated in a public network, and connected to a register trunk RT a switching network SW. The register trunk RT starts a connection operation after identifying the completion of the entire dialing of the digits necessary for the connection by the subscriber. Thus, the final digit identification and the final digit reception identification systems by a digit translation are used, and moreover the code indicating the completion of the dial is dialed after the completion of the dialing of the final numeral by the subscriber. Thus, the register trunk RT is allowed to immediately proceed to the next operation without operating the final digit reception identification by a timing.
