PURPOSE: To enable broad countermeasure with a single type of filter and to enable to decrease the cost, by making possible the constant externally.
CONSTITUTION: For example, layer scale circuit integration is made for mass- prodution by taking the second order filter as the basic block. The capacitor in one block can externally be changed for the constant change. Further, desired number of small capacitors can be selected for use and it is convenient for melt-down and short circuit used for PROM as the means for selection. Required characteristics can be obtained by desired number of pieces connection for the second order blocks having desired value of capacitors. Since the second order blocks are converntionally manufactured for mass-production and programming is made by corresponding to many types but small number of quantities, the cost can be lowered and the delivery can be made shorter.
