PURPOSE: To smooth an output waveform of a filter without a gain and phase error by providing a charge split type switched capacitor circuit dividing an electric charge by (n) and transfers them over n-time between an output terminal and an input terminal of an operational amplifier.

CONSTITUTION: The switched capacitor circuit SC 4 dividing the electric charge into 1/n and transferring them over n-time is provided between an inverting input of an operational amplifier 1000 and an output of the other operational amplifier 2000. For example, a switched capacitor filter consists of switched capacitor equivalent resistors SC1, SC2 and SC3, a charge split type switched capacitor equivalent resistor SC4, integration capacitors 100 and 200 and the operational amplifiers 1000 and 2000. The switched capacitor equivalent resistor SC1 consists of switches 1∼4 and a capacitor 10 and the switched capacitor equivalent resistors SC2 and SC3 are constituted similarly. The charge split type switched capacitor equivalent resistor SC4 consists of switches 13∼18, a capacitor 40 and a charge split use capacitor 50.
