PURPOSE: To obtain a tertiary low-pass type SCF which is less in power con sumption and small in chip size, by replacing resistance elements constituting floating inductance with positive and negative resistances realized by means of switched capacitor circuits and differential output operational amplifiers with normal operational amplifiers.
CONSTITUTION: A circuit which is equivalent to conventional circuits can be realized by replacing differential output operational amplifiers of a conventional circuit with normal operational amplifiers 7 and 8 and the conductance con nected to the minus output side of the differential output with one having a negative value. Then positive resistances (with conductance G1, g1, g2, g3, g01, and g02) are realized by means of switched capacitors CG1, Cg1, Cg2, Cg3, Cg01, and Cg02 and negative resistances (with conductance -G and -g4) are realized by means of switched capacitors CG and Cg4. Therefore, the number of opera tional amplifier to be required can be reduced to one and, accordingly, the power consumption can be reduced and the number of elements can be made smaller.
