Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcurrent/overheat detection function of a switching element by a simple circuit.SOLUTION: In a switching element 106 with a minute value resistance for current detection as a source resistor, overcurrent protection and overheat protection of the switching element 106 are realized by connecting a temperature measurement resistance device 104 between a connection node 111 and a base of a transistor 103, connecting an interval between a collector of the transistor 103 and a gate electrode of the switching element 106 by a resistor 102, and connecting an interval between the gate electrode of the switching element 106 and a base electrode of the transistor 103 by a Zener diode 109.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
