Title:
SWITCHING CONTROL POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3253475
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a switching control power supply circuit in which a main switching element, i.e., an FET, is not broken down even upon breakdown of a rectification diode on the secondary.
CONSTITUTION: The switching control power supply circuit comprises a diode D6 for transmitting variation in the base voltage of a main switching element, i.e., an FET transistor Q1, to totem pole type drive transistors Q2, Q3 for driving the transistor Q1 connected between the gate of the FET Q1 and the base of the transistor Q2, Q3.
