PURPOSE: To reduce a control signal variable and a control time by informing change instructing information to a switched new channel sent from a movement control station to a mobile machine through both the channels of an old channel under communication and the new channel, in the case of switching a channel to be used for communication between the mobile machine and the movement control station during the communication.
CONSTITUTION: The movement control station 1a is constituted of transmitters/receivers 31, 32, control signal branching/inserting devices 41, 42, a switch 5, and a control circuit 6 for controlling respective parts of the station 1a and executing signal transmission/reception between the station 1a and the mobile machine 2a and managing a signal control state. On the other hand, the mobile station 2a is constituted of a transmitter/receiver 3a, a radio transmission control part 7, and a terminal 8. When the control station 1 sends 'switching instruction signal' to the mobile machine 2 through both the old and new channels and the mobile station 2 receives the 'switching instruction signal', the switched channel identification(ID) information specified by the signal is compared with a communicating channel ID information, and when the contents of both the information are different from each other, normal communication channel switching is executed, and when the contents are equal, 'switching completion signal' is immediately returned. Consequently, the number of control signals can be reduced and the control time can be shortened.
