This switching control valve comprises the spool 21 to be moved between the neutral position and a pressure oil supply position, a spring 30 for holding the spool at the neutral position during non-operation of a hydraulic actuator 9, a piston 22 for moving the spool 21 from the neutral position to the pressure oil supply position against the holding force of the spring 30 during operation of the hydraulic actuator, and an arithmetic part 40, a proportional solenoid pilot valve 41, the piston 22 and a position detector 23 for allowing the movement of the spool 21 from the pressure oil supply position to the neutral position in cooperation with energizing force F1 of the spring 30 during completing the operation of the hydraulic actuator 9.
