An operation button 2 and a push-button rod 24 are fitted to a front opening of a case 1, an operation part case 3 is fitted inside the case 1, a slider assembly sliding left and right by the operation button is fitted inside the operation part case 3, left and right blinker contact points 82, 83 and a slim control lever housing groove 80 are fitted to a rear lid member of the operation part case 3, and a left and right pair of control levers 6 are fitted. It is so structured that, when the operation button 2 slides either toward left or right, the slide assembly slid to a movement position together with the operation button 2 is locked by the control levers 6, 7, and the lock is released when the push-button rod 24 is pressed.
