A switching device for a handle bar mounted in a handle bar H in a motorcycle and provided with a prescribed operation switch operable by a rider, consists of a main switch case 1 which is fixed to the handle bar H and provided with an operation switch capable of operating electrical equipment related to the running of a motorcycle, of a stay 2 which is fixed to the main switch case 1 and in which extended parts 2b, 2c are extended upward and downward therefrom, and of the upper sub-switch case 3 and lower sub-switch case 4 which are respectively fixed to the extended parts 2b, 2c in the stay 2 and provided with the operation switch capable of operating electrical equipment additionally included in a motorcycle.
